Michał Zieliński

Michał Zieliński is a Country Director of Poland responsible for marketing, sales and overall commercial operations in the market. Mr. Zieliński has a proven track of development and successful implementation of brand value plans, strategic projects, analysing key business drivers and introducing go to market and channel strategies/tactics that drive up top and bottom lines.

Mr. Zieliński is passionate about business development and delivery oriented with 22 years of markets experience gained in multinational pharma companies. Prior to joining Novavax, Mr. Zieliński worked as Business Unit Director at GSK, further worked as Director for global vaccines development at Pfizer, and most recently as Senior Commercial Lead at Baxter. Mr Zieliński is well-recognized for growing vaccines and OTC brands as well as outstanding launches at local, regional and global levels.

Mr. Zieliński holds a Master's Degree from Warsaw School of Economics. He brings in a positive and engaging attitude with a proven record of developing motivated and high performing teams.
